AeroTrajectory Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AeroTrajectory ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the AeroTrajectory platform, including our website, applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or clicking to accept these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

AeroTrajectory provides an engineering interview preparation and technical assessment platform. Our services include:

• Practice Questions — Access to engineering interview questions across multiple disciplines including mechanical, aerospace, and manufacturing engineering
• Resume Bank — Access to engineering resumes that have previously landed job offers in the aerospace industry
• AI-Powered Feedback — Automated grading and personalized feedback on your application materials such as resumes and cover letters
• Job Market Data Analysis — Access to job market data showing overall trends in the aerospace industry, such as compensation trends, regional aerospace hubs, and in-demand skills

Eligibility

To use AeroTrajectory, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

Account Creation

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access
• Notify us via email at sales@aerotrajectory.com immediately in the event of unauthorized use of your account

Account Types

AeroTrajectory offers different account types with varying levels of access. Your account type determines which features and services are available to you. Some accounts may be provisioned through schools (student accounts) or with specific terms determined by those institutions.

Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

By using AeroTrajectory, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for its intended purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the rights of other users and third parties
• Provide honest and original responses when completing practice questions or assessments
• Not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or assessment performance to any third party
• Follow any additional guidelines or policies we may publish

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities when using AeroTrajectory:

Platform Abuse

• Reverse Engineering — Attempting to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise discover the source code of the Service
• Scraping and Automation — Using bots, scripts, scrapers, or automated tools to access, extract, or interact with the Service
• Circumvention — Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features, access controls, or usage limits
• Interference — Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interferes with the proper functioning of the Service
• Unauthorized Access — Accessing accounts, features, or data you are not authorized to access

Content and Conduct

• Harmful Content — Submitting content that is illegal, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Intellectual Property Infringement — Uploading or submitting content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Malicious Code — Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Spam — Sending unsolicited communications or using the Service to distribute spam

Enforcement: We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, removing content, and reporting violations to law enforcement when warranted.

Free and Paid Access

AeroTrajectory offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Free accounts have limited access to features and content. Paid subscriptions unlock the full library of premium features.

Subscription Plans

Paid subscriptions are available on 4-month billing cycles. Current pricing is displayed on our website and during the checkout process. Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period.

Trial Periods

We may offer free trial periods for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and you will be charged the applicable fee. Trial offers are limited to one per user; creating multiple accounts to access multiple trials is prohibited.

Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel before the end of your current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration at the then-current price. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service. We do not store complete credit card numbers on our servers. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining a valid payment method.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent renewals. We will provide reasonable notice of price increases.

Taxes

Prices may not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by governmental authorities, except for taxes based on our net income.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to paid features until that date
• Your account will revert to a free account after the period ends
• Automatic renewal will stop, and you will not be charged again

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues that prevented you from accessing the Service
• Duplicate charges or billing errors
• Requests made within 48 hours of initial purchase (for new subscribers only, not renewals)

To request a refund, contact us at sales@aerotrajectory.com with your account email and reason for the request.

Account Deletion

If you delete your account while an active subscription exists, your subscription will be immediately canceled. Partial refunds are not provided for unused portions of billing periods when you voluntarily delete your account.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its contents, including but not limited to practice questions, assessments, grading algorithms, AI models, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and code, are owned by AeroTrajectory or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The AeroTrajectory name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of AeroTrajectory. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Extract or collect data from the Service systematically

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

AeroTrajectory uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide several features. Please understand the following about our AI-powered functionality:

AI-Powered Grading

Our AI grading system evaluates your application materials and provides scores and feedback. While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge that:

• AI-generated scores are estimates based on automated analysis, not human expert evaluation
• Feedback is intended to be helpful but may not capture all nuances of your application materials
• Different evaluators (human or AI) may assess the same response differently
• AI systems can make errors or provide feedback that seems imperfect

No Guarantee of Interview Success

AeroTrajectory is an educational and practice tool. We do not guarantee that using AeroTrajectory will result in job offers, interview success, or employment. Performance on AeroTrajectory does not predict your actual interview performance. Hiring decisions are made by employers based on many factors beyond technical interview skills.

Termination by You

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may delete your account through your account settings. Account deletion is subject to any outstanding obligations and the limitations described in these Terms.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice or liability, if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• We reasonably believe your conduct may harm AeroTrajectory, other users, or third parties
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice where practicable)

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the Service immediately ends
• We may delete your account data (except as required to be retained by law or as described in our Privacy Policy)
• Any outstanding fees remain payable
• Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will continue to apply (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute resolution)

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USING THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE
• ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED
• THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM AEROTRAJECTORY OR THROUGH THE SERVICE CREATES ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE IN THESE TERMS.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AeroTrajectory and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your User Content
• Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at sales@aerotrajectory.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in Washington, unless otherwise mutually agreed.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR PROCEEDING SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DISPUTE BETWEEN US AND YOU INDIVIDUALLY. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, (A) NO ARBITRATION OR PROCEEDING SHALL BE JOINED WITH ANY OTHER; (B) THERE IS NO RIGHT OR AUTHORITY FOR ANY DISPUTE TO BE ARBITRATED OR RESOLVED ON A CLASS ACTION BASIS; AND (C) THERE IS NO RIGHT OR AUTHORITY FOR ANY DISPUTE TO BE BROUGHT IN A PURPORTED REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY ON BEHALF OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC OR ANY OTHER PERSONS.

Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For material changes, we will provide notice through:

• An email to your registered email address
• A prominent notice within the Service
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service and may cancel your subscription.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and AeroTrajectory regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights in any individual or entity.
